Entegris Shows Ultrapak 100 mm Thin Wafer Shipper at SEMICON Korea 2011

Lately, Entegris has introduced Ultrapak 100 mm thin wafer shipper which can reduce damage and contamination to better protect thin substrates used in LED manufacturing and other applications.

It’s said that the new product is being showing at the Company's booth at the SEMICON Korea 2011 tradeshow being held in Seoul, Korea on January 26, 2011.
