SMIC Appoints Independent Non-executive Director and Re-designates Executive Director

According to the news reported by PR Newswire on June 18, SMIC announced that Mr. Sean Maloney has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of SMIC came into effect on June 15, 2013.
