The Philippines has recently updated its lamp holders and other luminaire standards, according to a DEKRA press release.
Philippines published DAO 15-01 in July, to supplement the main regulation DAO 05: 2008.
Here are the main changes for electrical & electronic products:
The test reports of the following products shall have one-year validity from the date of issuance:

CD/VCD/DVD Player CD/VCD/DVD

Circuit Breaker

Coffee Maker

Electric Cables/Wires

Electric Fan

Electric Flat Iron

Electric Stove

Fuse and Fuse Holder

Magnetic/Electronic Ballast

Plug, Socket Outlet and Extension Cord

Rice Cooker

Switch

Starters/Lamp holders

Washing Machine
For applications with no valid test reports, inspection and testing will be required locally.
