On August 27th, Refond Optoelectronics hosted a partnership signing ceremony and an e-paper technology and product application salon at its brand showroom in Shenzhen.

Refond & E Ink Join Forces to Accelerate Expansion
At the event, Xu Zhou, General Manager of Refond Optoelectronics' Touch Display Products Center, and Zhu Lin, Senior Director of E Ink’s IoT BU, signed a joint development agreement.
Both parties reached a consensus on accelerating the application and promotion of E Ink Prism™ color-changing film. Moving forward, they will jointly focus on the in-depth development, comprehensive evaluation, market expansion, and efficient production of E Ink Prism™ technology, driving its widespread application in mobile consumer electronics, automotive, home, and architectural decoration fields.

E Ink shared new applications for its color-changing film (E Ink Prism™), detailing the technology and a series of product applications. They also highlighted the innovative aspects of their collaboration with Refond Optoelectronics and expressed excitement for more extensive future cooperation.

During the signing event, the E Ink team also toured Refond Optoelectronics’ brand showroom to gain further insights into Refond's development plans, innovative products, and had in-depth discussions regarding Refond’s touch display business.

E-Paper Technology and Application Salon
Simultaneously, the event also featured an e-paper technology and product application salon, where Refond Optoelectronics invited strategic partners, including E Ink, Lumi Electronics, China Electronics Corporation (CEC), Haoxing Technology, Future Pixels, and Solidray, to engage in technical exchanges.

At the event, Refond Optoelectronics shared its future market roadmap in the touch display field and provided a comprehensive overview of its touch display product lines and core technologies. They emphasized their strategic focus on the e-paper color-changing film module and the MINI LCM integrated display control module. Through collaboration with strategic partners and key customers on product, technology, and market differentiation strategies, Refond aims to achieve dual breakthroughs in technological innovation and market expansion.

Following this, industry partners such as Lumi Electronics, CEC, Haoxing Technology, Future Pixels, and Solidray showcased innovative applications of e-paper technology in retail, education, reading, advertising, as well as MINI backlight glasses-free 3D tablets, medical devices, and myopia prevention instruments. Together, they explored the innovative development path of e-paper technology and its immense potential and broad application prospects in future markets.

Against the backdrop of global consensus on "dual-carbon" goals, new e-paper products and technologies are rapidly entering the market.
