1) The exhibitor himself should do all the structures and interior decoration and adhere to the rules and regulations of EXCO.
2) All the expenses for the stand construction and decoration should be paid to the contractor directly.
3) The exhibitor who applies for raw space only should submit the design of stand to the organizer
Shell stands provided by the organizer will include :
- Side & Rear walls : Plywood painted in white and
- aluminum frame(2.4m high×1m wide)
- Floor covering : Pytex carpet over the entire stand
- area.
- Ceiling : An open aluminum frame (1㎡ module) will
- be fitted over the entire stand area(2.4m high).
- Facia : A facia board(2.4m high) carrying the
- exhibitor's English name and booth no. will be
- erected on each open frontage.
- Lighting : 3 spotlights(100W) and 1 fluorescent lamp(40W) will be supplied for each basic unit(3m×3m)
- Electricity outlet : One for each participant
- Desk & chair : One set for each participant
Additional structures, interior decoration or electrical installation,if required, should be done by the exhibitor or by the official contractors for safety and harmony.
