Drayton Acquires LED Manufacturing Company

Drayton Harbor Resources, Inc. announces that it has entered an agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of LED Power Inc. of Nevada.


LED Power Inc. of Nevada is an early stage developer of LED products for backlighting, signaling, and signage applications such as automobile instrument panels and taillights, as well as flashlights, traffic signals. The high-brightness LED products are expected to have sales this year of between $4-$5 billion, and with growth of over 25% annually are anticipated to grow to $10 billion by the end of 2010. This shows favorable and highly significant penetration into the currently estimated total lighting industry revenues of approximately $26 billion annually.

Under the terms of the agreement, LED Power becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Drayton Harbor Resources. As a result of the acquisition, Drayton plans a future name change to LED POWER GROUP, as this best reflects management's proposed business direction.
