High definition audio is achieved with spectacular sound reproduction thanks to 5.1 Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS-HD high resolution audio output.

In addition, the new LED backlit LCD TV delivers an energy efficient, eco-friendly performance with an impressive reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional LCD TVs. Sharp says that using its new X-Gen Panel with advanced pixel control, light leakage is minimized and more light is allowed to pass through for higher peak brightness. Excellent color reproduction is also generated by a 1080/24P signal used for reproducing film frame rates as experienced in the cinema. It also comes with a Fine Motion Advanced Technology for 100/120Hz frame rate conversion and a fast pixel response time of 4ms.
