Philips and China-based Kingsun Optoelectronics entered into an “LED application development alliance” collaboration agreement

In mid-June, Xuliang Lee, Chairman of Kingsun, expressed in Guangzhou his intentions of building a partnership with other industry players. And yesterday, he reached an "LED application development alliance" cooperation agreement with Philips.

On July 13th, Philips Lighting global CEO, Dejiang Ma visited Dongguan City in Guangdong Province, and revealed that a collaboration agreement has been reached, which involves the two parties forming an LED lighting applications alliance with Kingsun as the global IT R&D center and production base for Philip’s LED lighting products.

Lee said that the core value of their strategic alliance is the concept of “Achieving win-win through brand-sharing." Guanzhi Huang, General Manager of Kingsun added that Kingsun will share all its success with Philips once a seamless strategic partnership collaboration model is established.
