As part of this project, it will install LED lighting at Starwood’s Artech Aventura property. Artech Aventura is a luxury water-front condo located in Aventura, Miami.Starwood Capital Group is a privately held global investment firm founded in 1991. The Group has invested in almost every asset class – including multifamily, office, retail, hotel, industrial, residential and commercial land, senior housing, mixed-use and golf.

Ocean Palms and Hollywood Station are some of the other luxury condos for which ESI has installed energy efficient lighting. With its clever lighting design and high-quality LED retrofit, ESI has successfully enhanced their décor as well as provided huge savings on their energy bills. For instance both Ocean Palms and Hollywood Station saw annual savings of 75% and $33,000 respectively.

As part of its LED lighting retrofit service, ESI will offer its Green Lease Management Program (GLMP) to Artech Aventura. This means that it will perform the retrofit service of energy saving lighting at zero upfront costs. Starwood Capital will pay ESI only an agreed percentage of the actual savings on its energy bill.
