Larson Electronics Introduces New Magnetic LED Machine Lights

Larson Electronics has added the LEDLB-4ETM LED machine light with optional magnetic mount to its range of industrial LED lighting.

Mounted within any enclosed machine, this LED light can provide operators additional lighting for setup, processing or inspection as standard overhead lighting runs out.

It can be operated on 120/277VAC or 9-42VDC with 50,000 life hour rating, 0.1 amp draw and 720 lumens. The removable 200lb grip magnetic base enables the operator to position the LED light semi-permanently or permanently, depending on the application.

The adjustable LED light head can be positioned in any angle, with 360 degrees of rotation and 270 degrees of tilt.

Delivering 720 lumens, the LEDLB-4ETM can be configured deliver a flood or spot beam using proprietary optics. The 97% optically clear polycarbonate lens protects four 3 watt LED packages, making it ideal for food safe applications.

It draws only 1 amp on 12 Volts DC and .1 amp on 120 Volts AC. The machined aluminum housing is hard coated and rated IP68 for waterproof and dust tight application use.

Measuring under 4 inches long, 3 inches tall and 3 inches deep, it is suited to vision systems, CNC equipment, packaging machinery, food processing equipment, machining centers, lathes, timber processing equipment, wave soldering machines and other machines with enclosures that are insufficiently lit by overhead lighting.
