GE Home & Business Solutions has appointed Maryrose Sylvester as president and CEO of GE Lighting.
 
GE Home & Business Solutions, an $8.6B business, includes the Appliances & Lighting and Intelligent Platforms operating units.

Sylvester, a veteran of 14 years at GE lighting, will report to GE Appliances & Lighting President & CEO James P. Campbell, succeeds Michael Petras who has led GE Lighting since 2008.
