NexPhase Lighting Supports LED Lighting Solutions for City Furniture’s Warehouse

LED intelligent lighting fixtures manufacturer NexPhase Lighting, a subsidiary of Onteco,  is reported to complete the first stage of installation and testing of LED 100 W high bay fixtures at the main distribution of City Furniture’s warehouse , which is located in Tamarac, Florida of City Furniture.

It’s said that there are more than 1,000 traditional high wattage lighting fixtures to be replaced in the distribution warehouse of City Furniture. And NexPhase has replaced 80 T8 fluorescent fixtures with 12 LED 100 W high bay fixtures in the first phase of the installation.

Compared with the T8’s which consumes 5,600 W of power, NexPhase’s LED lights consume 1,200 W of electricity. In the first phase of installation, the return the investment is anticipated within a period of two years.
