U.S. Air Force Base Chose Sunovia’s LED

Reportedly, Buckley Air Force Base has chosen Sunovia Energy Technologies'  120-Watt EvoLucia® LED Aimed Optics™ Shoebox fixtures throughout their base, which will reduce the base's energy consumption by more than 30 percent while providing maintenance-free lighting for up to 10 years.

Sunovia's LED light fixtures were chosen by Buckley because of its high lumen output, uniformity of light and the increase in visibility.  They have a high CRI and therefore the ability to distinguish colors is greater, especially for areas in need of enhanced safety and visibility.

Additionally, Sunovia's Aimed LED™ technology gives the appearance of light being painted uniformly on the roadway due to the aiming of optics that target the light, illuminating only the areas where it is needed most.
