Following its official incorporation in May this year, and official launch at Lightfair International 2011, Zernaro Lighting Inc. has opened operations in Boynton Beach Florida, where it will assemble and distribute LED products for commercial, industrial, and outdoor lighting applications. Zenaro Lighting Inc. joins its sister company Zenaro Lighting GmbH, located in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany, as part of the Zenaro Lighting Alliance, a global alliance between Everlight Electronics (Taiwan), Lighting Competency Center (LCC, Germany), and Aphos Lighting (USA). The Zenaro Alliance is poised to confront the challenges of deploying high value solid-state lighting by bundling the member's technology and lighting expertise.
Backed by the combined efforts of its current and future alliance partners,Zenaro Lighting Inc. will focus on the U.S. and American Continental markets, leveraging the capabilities available to it to meet the unique needs and demands of its regional market space. The initial product portfolio of Zenaro Lighting Inc. includes outdoor street and site lighting, garage and tunnel lighting, industrial indoor, agricultural, and energy saving retrofit lighting for the American market. With its expanding sales network, Zenaro Lighting Inc. will identify market opportunities, develop products needed across all sectors of the lighting market, and rapidly deploy effective, efficient, cost effective solid-state lighting solutions, utilizing the global capacity for engineering and manufacturing afforded by the Zenaro Alliance.
