Siemens Plans to Make Osram Spin-off

Germany Siemens has scheduled to promote its subsidiary Osram split listing plan.According to Siemens,Osram will transform into form as GmbH form. In addition, Siemens group will set up Osram Lamps AG, and the new lamps company may liste after Osram splits from Siemens. Siemens spokesman said in an interview, Osram will complete the spin-off by the end of October.

After spin-off, osram will remain the same management position. And the current Osram’s CEO also plays the same role in the listed Osram lamps company , as well as be responsible for osram GmbH.
