Everlight Chairman Robert Yeh Steps Down from Epistar Vice Chairman Role

Everlight Chairman Robert Yeh resigned from the role as Epistar Vice Chairman which is immediately to take effect, according to an Epistar announcement made on June 13, 2014.

Yeh cited increasing duties and business as the main reasons for leaving the post, a Chinese-language Commercial Times report noted.

Epistar has no plans of finding a Vice Chairman replacement yet. The company noted the role is not obligatory according to the company’s protocols. In the future, Yeh will continue to act as an Epistar board member.
