Seoul Semiconductor Accuses Curtis International of Infringing LED TV Patents

Seoul Semiconductor (SSC) recently filed a LED TV patent infringement lawsuit against Canadian consumer electronics manufacturer Curtis International in Florida Southern Court, U.S., according to numerous legal publications.

In the plaintiff SSC charged Curtis International for infringing U.S. Patent Nos. 8,314,440, 7,964,943, 7,626,209, 7,572,653, 6,942,731, 6,473,554, and 6,007,209.

According to the plaintiff, SSC believed Curtis International had been manufacturing and selling TV products infringing the above listed patents in the Florida district.
