FREMONT, California – Sep 27, 2022 – Bridgelux is proudly launching its new series of Chip Scale Package (CSP) LEDs. Made without bond wires or plastic molds, Bridgelux’s advanced flip chip technology and phosphor coating technology makes them the perfect fit for high dense clustering, tunable CCT and high luminous flux output. Seamless and flexible assembly on boards enables customer specific COBs and modules for commercial, entertainment, industrial and outdoor lightings.

Bridgelux CSP family consists of a wide range of operating current options (wattage levels) from 0.5W to 4W and up to 7W maximum. CSP sizes include 1.1mm, 1.3mm, 1.86mm, 2.3mm, and 2.7 mm square and is available for CCTs from 2700K - 6500K and with CRIs of 70, 80, 90 and 95.

Bridgelux CSP technology is optimized to deliver high efficacy at high current density. CSP2727 4000K CRI 70 can deliver the industry best efficacy of 209 lm/W @350mA and 190 lm/W @700mA, respectively. Bridgelux further accelerates the industry’s adoption of CSP Technology by offering customized CSP COBs, linear modules and flexible strips along with connectors, optics, wiring and/or electronics to support time-to-market and to simplify the supply chain. The compact size along with exceptional performance can greatly reduce the system costs and become a reliable tool for designers, who have come to associate Bridgelux products with exceptional quality and utility. In addition, CSP color consistency across the beam angle enables high quality illumination across multiple applications.

“Bridgelux is adding new CSP products including RGBW, F90 and Thrive (Full Spectrum) to our white CSP product family to give manufacturers and designers more choices” says Dr. Yi-Qun Li, CEO of Bridglux. “Our RGBW CSP solution is ideal for smart lighting applications, and our white tunable options are selectable along black body curve (BBC) from 2700K - 6500K in both CRI 90 and CRI 95.”

The F90 and CSP Red use narrowband red phosphor converted technology to deliver the highest CRI 90 and white tunable performance in the industry for residential, entertainment commercial lighting. Thrive CSP uses Bridgelux patented broad blue technology, and it is the first full spectrum CSP product of its kind in the market.

At Light+Building 2022, which runs from Oct. 2 through 6 in Frankfurt, Bridgelux is unveiling the  CSP and RGBW products in Hall 8.0, booth C70. The CSP1111 to CSP2323 are available through Bridgelux distribution network. CSP2727 will be available as early as December 2022. The RGBW and Thrive CSP will then follow in the spring of 2023.
