Acer has started selling the Predator X32Q FS in China. Equipped with a 32-inch IPS panel, the Predator X32Q FS has a 4K resolution, a 150 Hz refresh rate and 1,152 Mini LED local dimming zones, among other features.

Acer has started selling the Predator X32Q FS in China, a newer alternative to the Predator X32 FP that the company introduced last year during CES 2022. As its name suggests, the Predator X32Q FS has a 32-inch display, which remains an IPS panel. Likewise, the newer monitor continues to deliver 4K visuals in a 16:9 aspect ratio. Surprisingly, the Predator X32Q FS has a 150 Hz refresh rate, which is slightly lower than the Predator X32 FP's.
By default, the Predator X32 FP outputs at 160 Hz, although Acer allows its refresh rate to be overclocked by another 5 Hz to 165 Hz as desired. However, Acer has doubled the amount of Mini LED local dimming zones to 1,152, resulting in a 20% higher contrast ratio and 1,200 nits peak brightness. Moreover, the Predator X32Q FS is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified, offers 99% AdobeRGB colour space coverage, has 1 ms GtG response times and Delta E deviations of less than 1.
Elsewhere, the Predator X32Q FS has DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1 and USB Type-C ports, as well as a KVM switch, an adjustable stand, VESA mounts and 7 W stereo speakers. Currently, Acer only sells the Predator X32Q FS in China, where it is available for CNY 4,999 (~US$687) with an alleged CNY 9,999 (~US$1,374) MSRP. According to Taobao, deliveries will not begin until the end of October, so it could be a while yet before Acer releases the Predator X32Q FS elsewhere.
