LG Launches Industry's First Ultra OLED TV

LG is showing its ambition in the OLED TV sector, as it begins receiving pre-orders for 65-inch Ultra OLED TVs, according to a Yonhap report.

The pre-order TVs which incorporates WRGB OLED technology will be available at a price of 12 million won (US$11,787) starting Tuesday, and will be shipped in September. The company has plans of releasing an even larger 77-inch version in fourth quarter this year.

The company is said to have partnered with Harman International industries to provide an improved audio experience.
