AOC has expanded its Agon Pro series again, less than a month after releasing the AG346UCD (curr. $599.99 on Amazon). While the Agon Pro AG346UCD is a curved QD-OLED gaming monitor that outputs at 1440p and 175 Hz, the new Agon Pro AG276FK takes a different route.
Specifically, AOC has based its new 27-inch monitor on an IPS panel that outputs at 1080p with a 81.6 PPI. Although that may sound unimpressive on the face of it, the Agon Pro AG276FK can dynamically adjust its framerate between 48 Hz and 520 Hz when needed. Please note that it can only achieve the latter through its DisplayPort 1.4 connection. By contrast, the inclusion of a HDMI 2.0 port limits it to 240 Hz via HDMI.

Moreover, the Agon Pro AG276FK boasts 0.5 ms GtG response times, which earns it a 'Fast IPS' panel type moniker. On top of that, the 27-inch panel boasts 94.3% Adobe RGB colour space coverage, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio and 400 nits peak brightness. Furthermore, AOC has installed a 5 Gbit/s USB hub, an adjustable stand and rear RGB lighting.
AOC states that the Agon Pro AG276FK will be available later this month in the Eurozone for €659 (~$700) and £499.99 (~$530) in the UK. Unfortunately, it has not confirmed US pricing yet. Please see AOC's website for further details.
