Blue Square X has collaborated with artist Jennifer Steinkamp and the Lehmann Maupin Gallery on the launch of two new LED display products.
The launch of the Vision X A Series and Vision X Art Totem is taking place at Art Basel Miami Beach which runs from 4-8 December.
The artist, known for her signature animations of swaying trees and blooming flowers, is presenting nine of her creations on the 3 x 2.4 metre Vision X Art Totem at the show.
The Vision X Art Totem brings these creations to life with vivid colours, deep blacks and seamless motion rendering.
“I am an installation artist who works with computer animated video and digital media to explore ideas about architectural space, movement, and perception,” says Steinkamp. "My time-based site-specific projections and LED displays transform the way space is perceived and experienced. These engagements with architecture, animated physics, and our bodily senses lead visitors to wonder about their relationship to nature and life. I can’t tell you how often people tell me they think of my art when they notice wind blowing tree branches."
Blue Square X's A Series is an LED display with chip-on-board (COB) LED packaging and a flip-chip design and is available in preconfigured sizes up to 216", with scalability up to a 400" video wall.
Offering pixel spacings as tight as 0.9 to 1.5 millimetres, the displays deliver ultra-high contrast, wide viewing angles, and exceptional durability. This is coupled with reduced power consumption and long-term reliability.
The series offers an all-inclusive package, including LED wall, LED controller, spare kit, service tool, trim kit cladding and mounting solution.
“At Blue Square X, we redefine visual storytelling with cutting-edge solutions,” said Chanan Averbruch, director of innovation at Blue Square X. “The Vision X Series represents our commitment to innovation, delivering stunning large-scale LED displays with unmatched resolution, transforming how audiences engage with visual content.
