Premstaetten, Austria, and Munich, Germany (June 14, 2024) -- ams OSRAM (SIX: AMS) announces that Dr. Margarete Haase was re-elected as member of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting. At the subsequent Supervisory Board meeting, Margarete Haase was re-elected as Chair of the Supervisory Board.
In today’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) all voting items on the agenda were approved with majorities of the votes cast ranging from 92.53 to 100 percent except for the vote on the Remuneration Report for fiscal year 2023 which narrowly missed a majority vote.
In accordance with the resolutions, both Dr. Margarete Haase and Ms. Brigitte Ederer were re-elected as members of the Supervisory Board for a new term until the Annual General Meeting 2028. At the Supervisory Board meeting held immediately after the AGM, Dr. Margarete Haase was re-elected as Chair of the Supervisory Board. Ms. Brigitte Ederer was also re-confirmed as Chair of the ESG committee of the Supervisory Board.
