Arima Optoelectronics will invest US$30 million to build a new LED manufacturing company in china

Taiwan’s LED chipmaker Arima Optoelectronics plans to build a new wholly-owned LED epitaxy manufacturing company in Wujiang of China's Jiangsu Province by investing US$30 million.

According to Arima, the installment of new factory’s production facility will start at the end of 2010.

It is expected to install 10 MOCVD sets, 10 more by mid-2011, and up to 150 sets in the next five years.
