Agile Display Solutions has unveil its innovation, the EPD32-FD Forever Display, based on E Ink Spectra 6, which it says is the world’s first full-colour digital signage solution that operates entirely without cables, including without being plugged into external power.

The 32in Spectra 6 and 75in Kaleido 3 Outdoor colour ePaper solutions reduce environmental impact and total cost of ownership for end users. Consuming up to 120 times less power than LCD and LED displays, ePaper sets a new standard for energy-efficient digital signage.”

The new technology was developed with the aid of Exeger, a Swedish company with a unique solar cell technology that converts all forms of light into electrical energy. This material, Powerfoyle, is the world’s only fully customisable solar cell.
