Ural State University Designed New LED Street Lamp

Ural State University’s scientists have combined a LED and a computer fan to create a new lamp, which can work for 50 000 hours, expecting to provide more efficient than a general street light.

In common LED lamps diodes get very hot, and they are usually placed on a significant distance from each other. The system of heat regulation allowed making smaller lamps, thus saving materials. Therefore, compared with common street lamp, this new lamp can supply much more cost-effective.
