UK Pub Rolls Out Philips LED Lighting Upgrade Plan in 240 Shops

Lighting design, installation and maintenance company Weblight has won a contract to replace the lamps in over 240 of Spirit Pub Company's pubs with Philips Master LED lamps.

The company is focusing on all guest and front of house areas and expects to deliver average energy savings of 80% across the 240 pubs.

Weblight has signed a five year contract with Spirit committing to replace any failed lamp on a three-day call out basis.

“We needed to find the right product and supply partner that could deliver this project at pace and keen costs, with minimal disruption to our pubs, while also ensuring the ambience of our pubs was maintained and enhanced – Weblight have delivered this balance,” said Steve Russell, Head of Facilities at Spirit Pub Company.
