Honglitronics Completes Deregistration of Subsidiary Ledia Lighting Technology

Chinese LED manufacturer Honglitronic announced company board of trustees approved plan to “Deregister Shenzhen subsidiary Ledia Lighting Technology” in April, 9, 2013 is now effective, according to a report from Chinese-language financial news website Hithink RoyalFlush Information Network.

The company received approval from the Market Supervision Administration Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality (Intellectual Property Office of Shenzhen Municipality) of deregistration of Ledia Lighting Technology a day ago. Cancellation of Ledia Lighting Technology business registration was completed as of March 14, 2014.
