Cree LED Bulbs Receives Rebates in Wisconsin State

Cree LED bulbs for residential lighting receives Focus on Energy rebates for the first time in Wisconsin State, U.S, according to a report by The Journal Times.

Focus on Energy is a statewide energy-efficiency and renewable-resource program implemented by Wisconsin utilities. The state has been partnered with eligible Wisconsin residents and businesses to install cost and energy efficient renewable energy projects.

As of Monday, the instant rebates for Cree LED bulbs were rolled out at Focus on Energy listed Home Depot offering Cree LED bulbs with the instant rebates. A Focus on Energy spokeswoman noted that the rebates might not be available at all participating retailers yet, since Focus on Energy was still implementing the rebates.

Cree LED bulbs at 27 Home Depot stores in Wisconsin are being sold at the following prices:

  • 60W Soft White 4Flow — $5.97 ($2 incentive)
  • 100W Soft White — $16.97 ($3 incentive)
  • 100W Daylight — $17.97 ($3 incentive)
  • Flood light BR30 Soft White — $5.97 ($4 incentive)
