Hubbell Lighting, announced that it has opened a new regional distribution center in Dallas, Texas, in an effort to support an increase in market demand for its products. It will occupy a portion of CEVA Logistics’ 37,161 meters (400,000 square foot) facility in the Grapevine area of Dallas Fort-Worth.
CEVA Logistics is one of the leading supply chain companies in the world, and it provides end-to-end design, implementation and operational solutions in freight management, contract logistics, distribution and transportation management.

"The investment in the Dallas RDC will have an immediate impact on our ability to increase the speed at which we deliver products to our customers in the field."
This customer and visitor friendly RDC will have an immediate impact on Hubbell Lighting's capabilities to serve its customers in the Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and Mississippi markets, inclusive of agents, distributors and contractors. With approximately 250 SKUs featuring a portfolio of more than 80 percent LED products, customers will have immediate access to Hubbell's portfolio of award-winning products.
Hubbell Lighting has analyzed the market with extreme vigor to provide a precise mix of indoor and outdoor architectural and commercial products that are popular in the region.
The products include a broad offering of outdoor products featuring the latest energy efficient and long-life LED technology as well as traditional HID sources that are stocked for immediate shipment or Will Call. The product offering reflects the needs and trends of the markets serviced by the distribution center with an outdoor offering that includes floodlighting, area/site lighting, poles and anchor bolts, wallpack lighting and mounting hardware and accessories.
From an indoor perspective, the broad and deep offering includes linear LED and fluorescent sources. Examples of stock are traditional and architectural-style recessed troffers, wraps, strips, highbays and enclosed and gasketed fixtures. Downlighting includes 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” sizes for recessed and surface mount applications. There will be a variety of emergency units for indoor and outdoor applications from small sizes to larger capacity units that can run multiple remote heads. Hubbell Lighting will also stock small inverters for a variety of life safety applications.
