According to Bednarcik, the company’s patent-protected HealthE lighting series was originally developed with NASA to help regulate circadian rhythms for astronauts serving on the International Space Station.
“Light’s impact upon human, animal and plant biology is actually very profound,” said Bednarcik. “By scientifically-engineering light spectrum, we can create unique lighting solutions capable of delivering a broad range of biological benefits, ranging from improved sleep to performance enhancement. With Jon’s help, we look forward to being able to make these benefits available to a broader range of consumers in the near future.”
“Over the past year, I’ve seen increasing awareness of the biological impact of light on health and wellness and on the environment,” says Brody. “The opportunity to forge new retail partnerships and present these innovative products to a broader market is a strategy that goes beyond product sales — it’s about equipping more consumers with lighting solutions that can positively impact their lives and the lives of their families.”
