Tall Trees LED Completes Acquisition of Dallas Lighting and Photonics and another Light Engine Design Company

Tall Trees LED Company is pleased to announce that the company has completed the acquisition of Dallas Lighting & Photonics and Tall Trees LED. Both companies are pioneers in the light engine design and engineering business, enhancing the company's potential for accelerated growth through diversification.

The company's roll up of these two businesses should enable each to synergistically build a dominant presence, with the advantage of being able to build on the complementary strengths of each business. The company has completed this rollup, with the expectation that the combined companies will strongly enhance the ability for substantial revenue growth.

"In an effort to accelerate past our solid-state lighting competition through shared innovation, we have capitalized on the opportunity to combine these two entities, empowering each individually, while maximizing the potential of their complementary yet diversified capabilities. We are extremely excited about the potential for robust growth, and the opportunity to gain a growing footprint in the advanced lighting marketplace," stated Robert Manes, Chief Executive Officer.

TrendForce reports that the Global LED Market was valued at US$14.32 Billion in 2015. Manes concluded: "The next couple months are expected to be exciting and pivotal, as Management implements a systematic marketing strategy for its two new divisions." In light of these acquisitions, the Company will change its name, upon FINRA approval, to Light Engine Design Corp., as this name will more accurately reflect the Company's business model.
