LED and Lighting Firms to Showcase Innovative Lighting Solutions at LIGHTFAIR International 2019

Starting today on May 21, LIGHTFAIR International (LFI) 2019 is taking place in Philadelphia this year. Leading LED and lighting companies across the world including Cree Lighting, Current by GE, Osram and more are presenting their latest lighting technology and innovative products at the event. Connected lighting, human centric lighting and architecture lighting are focuses of the international firms.

Cree Lighting, now fully owned by Ideal Industries, will showcase its new product portfolio for indoor, outdoor and intelligent lighting at LFI 2019. For indoor lighting, Cree’s Cadiant™ dynamic skylight can recreates the look of a sunlit sky. Also, Cree Lighting is showing LSQ Square Linear which provides multiple light distribution options and 90+ CRI Cree® TrueWhite Technology, producing the truest natural colors. Both indoor and outdoor products of Cree can be further enhanced by the Cree SmartCast Intelligence Platform, a sensor-integrated intelligent lighting platform, and Synapse SimplySNAP control to simplify lighting control for optimal energy efficiency and performance.

The high tech lighting company Osram will join LFI 2019 again to exhibit its connected lighting technologies and to introduce Smart Building IoT solutions. Osram focuses on four strategic application fields: Mobility, Safety and Security, Connection, and Well-Being and Health. Its end-to-end Smart Building IoT solutions include wireless integrated sensors, Optotronic LED Drivers with DEXAL® Technology, and ENCELIUM® Extend Light Management System. Through partnership with Rifiniti and FSG, Osram also provides a wider range of digital systems.

Current by GE is going to unveiled a series of new products and digital solutions at the show with the focus on engineering products that extend benefits beyond energy savings with innovative approaches to installation, component modularity and asset management. Meanwhile, Current continues to expand in the horticulture space with the introduction of the Arize Element* TopLight, the industry’s first one-for-one replacement for 1000W High Pressure Sodium products.
