Many Taiwan-based LED manufacturers view Micro LED and Mini LED as the opportunity to revive the weak LED market. With Apple releasing its new product deploying LED backlight solution, it is expected that Mini LED backlight revenue will reach US$340 million in 2023.

On the other hand, Micro LED technology is also on its way to commercialization with more and more companies integrating their resources and expertise to tackle difficulties of the production process. More novel solutions and latest development of Micro LED will be presented at Touch Taiwan 2019.
