Chinese government issued the guidelines of preventing and controlling the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) on May 8, 2020 and the emergency response level of major public health emergencies in Shanghai was adjusted to level 3 afterwards.

Following the gradual alleviation of the epidemic, it is once again confirmed that electronica China, productronica China and LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA will take place on July 3 to 5, 2020 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) as scheduled.

The organizer addressed that it will prioritize health and safety of exhibitors, visitors and partners by following relevant policies and regulations strictly during the shows.

Despite China claiming that the COVID-19 pandemic has been controlled within the country, it is still difficult for foreign visitors and exhibitors to do cross country travel at the moment as international travel restrictions remain strict. Thus, it is likely that only domestic business and visitors will participate in the event.
