Mercer Zimmerman Acquires Lighting Specialists

News Source:

We are excited to announce that effective July 1, 2022, Lighting Specialists has been acquired by Mercer Zimmerman.

Since 1928, Lighting Specialists has focused on representing the leading lighting and controls manufacturers in Nebraska. Now we’re joining forces to accomplish a bigger vision – one that we think we can better achieve together.

We’d like to extend a special thanks to all the customers and industry partners. Lighting Specialists has built an exceptional team within their agency. While they will now be working under the Mercer Zimmerman name, we will continue to provide the same excellent service and support across our market territories.

We will work closely with our manufacturers and many customers to make the integration process is as smooth as possible.

Both Lighting Specialists and Mercer Zimmerman share a passion for improving the way we serve the lighting and controls industry. We couldn’t be more excited about what the future holds.
