Leyard Europe has announced its Luminate Ultra W series of MicroLED videowall displays, designed for fine-detail imagery at close viewing distances and outdoor environments.

The Ultra W series features a 16:9 wide aspect ratio, with fine pixel pitches which support viewing from as close as 2.5 metres.

MicroLED technology is included for high brightness in direct sunlight conditions, with waterproof glue-on-board technology and an IP65 rating that enables the Luminate Ultra W to operate in harsh weather conditions.

The series is available in 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0mm pixel pitches at a minimum of 3000-nits, and can be configured to match full HD and Ultra HD resolutions.

Front installation and maintenance options are available to reduce the overall footprint of the videowall, with the display shipping in 115-in, 145-in, and 173-in Full HD resolution, as well as 231-in 4K resolutions to reduce configuration time and complexity.
