Philips Lumileds Releases High-Voltage LUXEON H 50-2 LEDs

Philips Lumileds has released new high-voltage LUXEON H 50-2 LEDs, with a typical efficacy of over 800 LPW, bringing 27% more efficacy compared to the existing LUXEON H 50V LED. In addition,  the new product can offer 30% more luminous flux and increase lumens per watt by 10% than similar products.

The lumen maintenance of LUXEON H 50-2 LEDs surpasses stringent ENERGY STAR requirements. Engineered for tight spaces, retrofit bulbs like the popular A19, the compact design and high-voltage architecture of LUXEON H50-2 allows more form factors and promotes cost-efficiency through the adoption of cost-efficient drivers.

In contrast to high-voltage LED products, each LUXEON H50-2 LLED has been hot tested at 850 C for ensuring excellent performance at operating conditions. Also, it is color binned to three and five SDCM for providing consistency among LED packages. Besides A--line retrofits, the LUXEON H550-2 can reduce the costs of other space-constrained lamps like GU10 and candelabra lamps. The compact factor of the LUXEON H550-2 facilitates further streamlined solutions, ensuring specific applications like under track, cabinet, and poultry lighting.

LUXEON H50-2 LEDs are now being offered at Future Lighting Solutions.
