NVC Lighting Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as "NVC") is the joint -stock company of Elec-Tech. Up to now, Elec-Tech holds a total of 633,301,000 ordinary shares of NVC, accounting for 20.24% of its total issued ordinary shares, it is the unique and largest shareholder; Donglei Wong, the Chairman of Elec-Tech servers as the non-executive Director and Chairman of NVC lighting (term of service until the Annual general Meeting).

NVC Lighting held the Annual general Meeting on June 21, 2013 to elect the new members of the Board of directors of NVC. On this meeting, Donglei Wong was elected as the non-executive director of NVC once more, and Dongming Wong was elected as the executive director of NVC for the first time.
