FLEDA TECH.  using the owned the high wattage  packaging technology of Chip-on-board with copper-base, developing the high wattage UV LED successfully. The new "side less" package technology can be easy to stackable to any length by  designer and solve the high light density requirement.

The unique "LINE" series UV LED maintain a very high level of brightness that is not possible with conventional surface mount LED based illuminators. To achieve this level of brightness, we place 45mil or 48mil chip size up to 160 chip-on-board LEDs that are closely spaced in a 56mm(2.2 in) line in a package  and are available in a wide range (360-430nm) of wavelengths and can be operated in continuous (cw) or pulsed mode. The "LINE" series UV LED delivers a variety of products with varying peak irradiance to match specific application and machine requirements. Peak irradiance is the maximum measured irradiance at the output of the UV emitting window, and 2-8W/cm2 are available.
