Frost & Sullivan's Electronics & Security Practice has announced that it will hold the 3rd Annual Executive Congress on the Indian LED Lighting Market, titled 'Towards a Brighter, Greener India' on July 9th, 2013 in New Delhi.

The event aims to address the various challenges faced by LED Lighting suppliers and end users. Increasing awareness of energy efficient technologies as well as the growing efficacy of LED Lighting products is triggering massive growth in the Indian LED Lighting market.

Frost & Sullivan's recent research on the Indian LED Lighting market estimates that the Compound Average Growth Rate from 2011 to 2018 will approach 43.9%, and the revenues will reach up to US$ 1.2 billion by 2018. Research further highlights that faster return on investment (ROI), higher price-performance value, and Government thrust are enabling faster acceptance and adoption of LED Lighting in India.
