FESPA Welcomes New UV Product Programme from ITL

Ground-breaking innovation in UV LED and UV arc curing was well-received by visitors to wide format print industry event, FESPA where Integration Technology Ltd (ITL) showcased further new developments.

The show, held June 25-29 in London’s ExCel Exhibition Centre, was an important component in a concerted 2013 new product roll-out from the UK-based company.

While the official show report is still to be released, ITL filed ‘highly encouraging’ visitor response to its new lines corresponding with quality sales leads generated.

“In common with most business shows today, we find visitor numbers overall down on previous years but the quality of attendee, correspondingly up,” comments ITL sales director David Johnson.

“We enjoyed strong interest in both our UV LED and arc curing solutions and a notable curiosity amongst visitors as to how we see emerging market trends over the next twelve months.”

Key draws to the ITL stand included the all new LEDZero Solidcure 2, offering class-leading dose and linearity of output that surpasses other water cooled units of this type in the world.

Also available in a HD version offering twice the dose of the standard model, the ground-breaking LEDZero Solidcure 2 is commercially-available from July (2013).

FESPA London also hosted a live application of ITL’s new SubZero LED system. While designed for wide format graphics platforms, ITL demonstrated the system’s high cure capability being equally at home in a single pass high speed application.

SubZero LED and SubZero Arc

The SubZero arc program has also been enhanced with the launch of two new models on show for the first time with an added cure length in the new SubZero 220 and new high power version of the very popular SubZero 170 model producing 50% more output power than the standard.

Also on show – and again new for 2013 – was ITL’s super compact MZero LED, bundling all of the proven features and benefits of its sister arc product into an enhanced LED alternative.

“A good show for us and another successful platform for where we are going as a developer and technologist,” summarised ITL managing director, Adrian Lockwood.

“Exhibitions are hard work but couple the right solution to market needs with an audience eager to know more and you have a recipe for success.”

FESPA follows a series of industry events featuring ITL showcases including IMI, LopeC and marketing partner IST-Metz’s UV DAYS event in Nuertingen, Germany in June.

ITL returns to the industry stage with further product developments at Label Expo in September 2013.
