Larson Electronics Releases Towable Mobile LED Light Tower with Diesel Generator

Supplier of industrial lighting equipment Larson Electronics has announced the release of a powerful new mobile light tower designed for mobility and efficient stand alone operation. The WCDE-4-4X300W-LED Mobile Light Tower can effectively illuminate up to 6 acres and incorporates LED lighting technology to achieve exceptional efficiency and run time.

“The WCDE-4-4X300W-LED light tower combines the efficiency and durability of high powered LED lights with the Kubota diesel generator for optimal portable lighting”

The Larson Electronics WCDE-4-4X300W-LED mobile light tower combines power and efficiency into a durable lighting system capable of providing large scale illumination for extended periods. The entire self-contained system is mounted on a two wheel trailer featuring a 2,000 lbs axle and standard 2 inch ball style coupling with dual safety chains. Two sleeves mounted to the outer section of the mast assembly allow operators to use a forklift to load and unload the entire unit onto flatbed trailers and trucks if needed. Power is provided by a Kubota water cooled diesel engine turning a 6,000 watt, 120/240 VAC generator. This system includes key operated electric starting, water cooling, twelve volt electrical system, low oil pressure and high temperature shutoffs, and a 30 gallon fuel tank. The lighting assembly features a folding extendable mast constructed from galvanized steel which can be elevated to heights up to 30 feet using two included self braking hand winches. The lighting assembly consists of four 300 watt LED lights producing a total of 118,320 lumens of light output. This combination of LED lighting technology and diesel powered operation makes this a very efficient and powerful tower lighting system capable of illuminating 4 to 6 acres with brilliant white light for up to 60 hours on a single tank of fuel.

“The WCDE-4-4X300W-LED light tower combines the efficiency and durability of high powered LED lights with the Kubota diesel generator for optimal portable lighting," said Rob Bresnahan with Magnalight.com. “The diesel generator equipped on this mobile light tower produces 6,000 watts to provide operators a remote power supply and high output LED lighting, making it ideal for construction and job sites.”
