LED encapsulants: Possesses high optical refractive index capable of being used in LEDS with varying wavelengths and can provide excellent light transmittance and resistance to yellowing. Our LED products have excellent transmittance, good stress relief, improved moisture protection, excellent UV resistance and outstanding thermal resistance features.
LED lens material: Possesses high transmittance and high refractive index; suitable for COB packaging process.
LED die attachment adhesive: Possesses excellent thermal conductivity, UV resistance, stability and heat resistance; furthermore, besides providing excellent die adhesion, our die attachment adhesive can also effectively reduce yellowing from occurring.
