Our LED products have excellent transmittance, good stress relief, improved moisture protection, excellent UV resistance and outstanding thermal resistance features.

LED lens material: Possesses high transmittance and high refractive index; suitable for COB packaging process.

LED die attachment adhesive: Possesses excellent thermal conductivity, UV resistance, stability and heat resistance; furthermore, besides providing excellent die adhesion, our die attachment adhesive can also effectively reduce yellowing from occurring.
