Amerlux Introduces Linear LED Luminaires for Architectural Spaces

Created in a soft curved profile that works well with most architectural spaces, Amerlux introduces Curvano Linear Direct LED with a minimalist styled form factor for a wide range of commercial, retail and supermarket environments. Utilizing an integral driver, the Amerlux Curvano is engineered with an innovative LED board to increase overall efficiencies including superior performance, efficacies and symmetrical and asymmetrical optics.

"Raising the aesthetic and illumination levels of traditional commercial areas to new heights, the attractive Curvano offers high output, controlled optics and legendary efficiency," said Amerlux CEO and President Chuck Campagna. "It delivers exactly the right light for any commercial space."

Curvano is a direct ambient lighting fixture that provides optimal performance in a slim, soft edged profile for all design applications. The LED luminaire is available in 5-watt or 10-watt per foot models that deliver up to 100 lumens per watt in standard individual units of 4-foot or 8-foot lengths, or in linear run lengths. With 0-10V dimming as a standard, Curvano is also offered with DALI and Lutron Hi-lume and EcoSystem systems as requested. In addition, the fixture is equipped with a standard programmable driver that can be modified with customized wattages to meet the most demanding energy code specifications.

Constructed with a one-piece extruded aluminum housing, Curvano features internal components that are die-formed galvanized, cold-rolled steel.

Superior optics are ensured by a high reflectance reflector, which is die-formed and powder coated in white, with a flush mounted snap-in lens crafted of 100 percent acrylic. The acrylic is custom formulated for lamp image diffusion and maximum light transmission.

The fixture is available with proprietary Batwing optics or symmetrical distribution, Curvano can be suspended using aircraft cable and continuously row-mounted for larger luminaire runs, arrays and patterns.

The electronic multi-volt fixture operates on a power supply with universal voltage (120v-277v) and a constant current driver. The fixtures are dimmable on 0-10V systems for increased energy savings.
