San’an Opto Subsidiary to Manufacture Automotive LED Lighting

San’an Opto announced its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuhu Anrui Opto (蕪湖安瑞光電), has signed the cooperation framework agreement with automaker BAIC Yinxiang Automobile on July 17, 2015.

According to the agreement, Anrui Opto will provide service solution to BAIC Yinxiang Automobile in Chongqing, manufacturing automotive lighting and other designated LED products. In the case of more than two suppliers, BAIC Yinxiang Automobile ensures 70% of the order will be given to Anrui Opto, on condition that product quality, lead time and price are ensured by the latter.
San'an pointed out that this partnership will expand Anrui Opto product applications.
