North Carolina-based LED manufacturer LumenFocus has launched its new product called WVL2, which is a durable, highly efficient LED vaportight luminaire offered in a compact and lightweight 2-foot housing. With an efficacy rating of up to 145 lumens per watt, this luminaire is ideal for warehousing, manufacturing facilities, food processing, freezers, gyms and car washes.
The WVL2’s durable materials and craftsmanship allow it to stand up to some of the harshest environments. The UL 5VA-rated fiberglass housing will not melt or burn. Customers have the option of an impact-resistant acrylic (in clear and frosted variations) and a UV-stabilized polycarbonate lens. The WVL2 also includes stainless steel mounting hardware with a variety of different mounting options.

The WVL2 has received the following certifications: UL 1598 listed for US and Canada (suitable for wet locations), DesignLights Consortium qualified (on specific configurations), IP65, IP66, IP67 (optional), IP69, NEMA 4X, NSF, PSI 1500 and RoHS. The ambient operating temperature is between 30 and 40 degrees Celsius for the low and high models, and between 30 and 35 degrees Celsius for the medium model. The WVL2 comes equipped with a five-year limited system warranty.
