Powered by Universal Lighting Technologies’ Everline LED boards and drivers, the RCL has up to eight different lumen output options, depending on the length – ranging from low to very high. The RCL is available in universal voltage or 347V. All the LED boards and drivers are field replaceable.
The RCL maxes out at over 150 lumens per watt. The lumen output ranges from 800 lumens in the 2-foot option to 18,000 lumens in the 8-footer.
The RCL is precision brake-formed from heavy gauge cold rolled steel, and features a highly durable and highly reflective white finish.
Lenses are available to minimize glare and improve aesthetics in two options: clear acrylic and frosted acrylic. Color temperature options are 3500K, 4000K and 5000K. Emergency packs and step-down transformers are also optional.
The RCL is extremely simple to install and ships with all the necessary hardware included. Once the fluorescent luminaire is de-energized, remove the lamps, ballast cover, socket bars and sockets. The RCL’s mounting brackets are fastened at the end with self-tapping screws. The pre-wired tray is fastened with a quarter-turn and two screws on each end. Each kit ships with an instruction sheet.
The RCL has a predicted L70 lifetime of 200,000 hours (calculated). It is UL 1598 listed for US and Canada, suitable for damp locations, and specific configurations are DesignLights Consortium qualified.
