Between January 31st and February 2nd, Nichia will exhibit at Photonics West 2023 in San Francisco, CA. Photonics West is the largest international conference and exhibition of optical technology in North America. Leaders from academia, industry, and government will gather to discuss the latest research in areas such as biomedical optics, biophotonics, industrial lasers, optoelectronics, microfabrication, MOEMS-MEMS, displays, and quantum technologies.

Nichia will introduce high-power laser diodes with a wide range of wavelengths from ultraviolet to green, which can contribute to higher resolution and speed in various applications, including industrial and medical applications. Nichia will also present a variety of prototypes developed using Nichia’s cutting-edge laser diode technologies. In addition, Nichia will proudly exhibit its industry leading UV-C LED technology ideal for implementation in water and air disinfection equipment for inactivation of various viruses, including the new coronavirus and sterilization of bacteria.
