Efficient, Interactive, Customized – Setting New Standards in Workplace Illumination.

The LEDVANCE project team in Spain has delivered a state-of-the-art lighting solution for FENIE ENERGÍA’s headquarters in Madrid, characterized by efficiency, interactivity, and customization. Through the implementation of modern LED technology and sophisticated control systems, the lighting concept not only achieves remarkable energy savings and cost reductions but also ensures exceptional light quality tailored to the specific needs of each workspace. With features such as dimmable fixtures, extended lifespans, and intuitive smartphone-controlled lighting management, the solution represents a significant advancement in workplace illumination, setting new standards for modern office environments.

FENIE ENERGÍA, a prominent energy consultancy and supply company, sought a contemporary and efficient lighting solution for its corporate headquarters in Madrid. This solution needed to not only drive energy savings and cost reductions but also deliver superior light quality suitable for modern work environments. Thus, the system required DALI devices for optimized sensor-controlled lighting. Entrusting LEDVANCE with the lighting design, planning and supplying of lighting for their new office spaces, common areas, reception, and restrooms, FENIE ENERGÍA was convinced by the brand’s reputation and the exceptional quality of the luminaires and system components. In addition, flexible, precisely tailored designs to meet specific customer needs were offered, alongside comprehensive, consistently customer-centric service and support throughout the project's duration.

At FENIE ENERGÍA’s headquarters, Downlight IP44 and Panel LED fixtures now provide tailor-made lighting that caters to the requirements of each workspace, featuring uniform illumination and outstanding glare control (UGR<19). The dimmability of these fixtures enables individual adjustments of light intensity. With an extended lifespan of up to 70,000 hours and a warranty of up to five years, maintenance and repair costs are significantly reduced. Moreover, the installed fixtures boast excellent energy efficiency, with LED Downlights achieving energy savings of up to 60 percent compared to traditional fluorescent lamps. Further enhancing efficiency is the lighting control facilitated by DALI 2.0 controllers and daylight/motion sensors, allowing convenient regulation of lighting across various spaces via the LEDVANCE specific app for DALI.
